HOW TO CHECK YOUR TESTICLES

Warm shower

a warm shower is the right environment to check yourself as it will loosen any tension your body might be feeling.

Roll out

Roll one testicle between your thumb and fingers to check for lumps, swelling or pain.

And repeat

Repeat the process with your other testicle. If you do feel or see any lumps or swelling, or you’re in pain when touching, there’s no reason to panic, but do visit a doctor to get checked out.
